IT A TREE FALLS IN THE MIDDLE OF THE FOREST AN NO ONE IS THERE TO HEAR IT, DOES IT MAKE A SOUND?

The falling tree will make no sound because the sound only exists in the brain of a person/animal hearing it. The tree will create vibrations which will be interpreted as sound. The sound itself is purely a mental creation.

If the tree fall's and no "people" are around to hear it do the other trees & animals laugh at it?

The evidence of a broken tree alone would confirm a noise of some kind. (and don't say how woud one know if he wasn't present.. well, somebody would have to had seen it at some point in order to know that a tree actually fell).
