My opinion?? Its Crap!!! They changed it over the last 2 weeks, I arrived back from holiday to find all the message boards gone. AP have done this to prevent people leaving others vile messages but if sociopaths want to have what they call, Fun, then I don't see how this will prevent it. What they have done is stop us from having fun! Still, we are all forming our own Boards! Where there's a will!!!! Another weird thing, is that questions don't seem to expire..

Like Heather said, the changes were sudden and we weren't given any warning--one day we were just faced with this new format, which confused and angered a lot of us regular users. The old Askpedia had it's flaws, but this New Version is just outrageous. They have some of us in Nursery School and others in Grad School. We don't know when our Questions expire, but we get to choose Best Answer whenever we want! Does this make sense? Also, the New Questions category has Q's from two years ago. What's the point in answering those when all the users are long gone? All this to prevent foul messages from a group of nutcases? The fun is few and far between, like Heather mentioned, but we're trying to create our own methods of fun and communication. Now that the message boards are gone, a new member is assigned the task of posting "This is My Message Board", and we all go there to make our comments and chat. Sorry you had to return to this kind of mix-up, Bittencourt. We're trying our best to grope our way blindly through this new system. Lots to learn, my friend!

I miss the message boards, alerts for question expiration and best answers, and the old navigation system. We're doing our best to keep this family together with humor and pretending questions are message boards - we shall overcome!

We will just have to see about some things. I am willing to give it a chance and I hope you will also.
I like being able to pick a best answer at any time.
I don't like the navigation. With my slow dial-up, it is just about impossible.

I got the net back on today and everything was different.WOW.But they needed to make some changes and I believe there are more to come. It's not that bad,it's just trying to get used to the new way with your home page. It is still great for asking and answering Q's and that is what the site is all about.
