I am one of those natural cockeyed optomists, so i have always been able to see the gifts even during grief. It doesn't stop worry, sorrow, anxiety from occuring, but it helps turn that energy into more positive forces rapidly. And I am happy to have been given this gift along with many others.
Over ambitious people are over stressed,over anxious. Although there are people with born-hyper anxiety and worries and tension. Optimist character and reduced desire people are more calm and relaxed. He/She is the most happy who has the least desire.
i have a montra that i use and it goes like this.
it is only in you head, it is only in your head.
when i wake up in the morning after a good nights sleep and i should be rested but i feel sluggish, i will say this to myself and i will perk up and feel right. it is only in my head.. if someone really pisses me off and
i can't shake that feeling i can say this too. it's me.. it is only in my head..
works for a lot of circumstances that i have no control of but that i don't have to feel that way because the feeling is only in my own head. that is one feeling that i can control and it makes me a little happier. to know that i can control that feeling..i don't have to feel that way because it is only in my head..
All you can change and control in your environment is you. If you can control your behavior and temper by talking yourself down, you've accomplished a lot. That requires emotional maturity. That is a trait in very short supply. Kudos.
Reflect upon yourself everyday . Did you eat yesterday .Did you sleep under a covered roof . Do you have supportive people around you when you get down . I always say gonna be a good day today "I woke up breathing"

worries are the devil working on you tearing you down everyday . First thing in then morning " Lord takes these worries off my shoulders let me have a good day" Divorced twice payed child support for the last 20 yrs lost my 5 yr old house to foreclosure during divorce . and I woke up breathing today
Be honest, love yourself, be respectful of those who deserve it, and share your love with as many people as possible - the result is contentment, peace of mind and a good sense of humor. Leave the problems to a higher power and just relax. I love my life!
