Different tools are useful for Web research or online research or internet research or Web clipping or note taking. There are and other terms, e.g. sticky notes etc.

If you want web page screen-shots then you can open that page and click PrtSc key on keyboard ,its print screen key,then open new file at Windows Paint Brush and paste it (Ctrl+V) there,edit and save.
If you want to download it in HTML format then right click that part of web page and click Save Page As.. or install any Downloading tool and download with it.

Many other screen-shot capture tools are available ,you can Google search for the free ones.

I have pasted the site that seemed to be the most helpful. You will have to manually put this site in by pasting, as AP does not allow us to use hyperlinks anymore.
