Most American girls start their periods between the ages of 9 and 15. There really isn't any way you can tell the day or week you'll get your first period. There also isn't really any way you can make it come sooner or delay it from happening. But you can understand what is happening inside your body to know what is normal for you.
i got my period when i was nine, but my siser got hers when she was 23, it all just depends on the person, stress levels, and hormone levels in meat milk and eggs. biological factors alo play a huge role in getting your period. it can happen anywhere any time. my first time was when i was at a gas staion with my older brother...um yeah...bout that...lol
