I just moved into a house and the porch lights are burned out. The fixtures are flush-mounted square metal frames with glass panes (one on each side and one on the bottom for a total of 5 panes). It looks like you have to push the bottom pane up, tilt and remove it to access the 2 lightbulbs, but I cannot get the glass out and fear I will break it. I cannot get the panes to move in one fixture and in the other one the bottom pane shifts upward a little when I push on it, but then stops and looks like it is touching the old lightbulb inside. I do not see any other way (no screws, clips, etc) to open them. Is anyone familiar with this type of fixture and how to change the bulbs? Any insight/suggestions are appreciated!

most light fixtures i have seen are construed with a metal frame and the
glass pains..the pains are held in by a thin metal strip inside. if this has a thin metal strip holding the glass than you might just push on the glass
enough to bend the strip out of the way. i have something similar and
quite frankly i Left the bottom out and that makes it easier to replace bulbs.
the down side is that the spiders like to get in there. i don't think that those pains are as fragile as they seem. more. sorry..
