Because those were never gentlemen to begin with. They're just angry now because they don't have the same privileges that went with being born with a penis in our society thirty years ago--now they can't expect to get a job because they have penis, they can't expect to be treated like royalty in their homes by an obedient female (psychologically, financially and emotionally crippled) slave; they can't expect a lot of things that some of their fathers tell them they used to be able to expect. So they're bitter about it. I can live with that. :)

As for your gripes about *chivalry*: Why can't you open doors for yourself and others? Why can't you pay for your own food? Why do you have to be treated as a pet rather than a person? What is WRONG with you that you need this--because there IS something wrong with people who NEED to be treated like cripples when they can walk on their own two feet.
