If they accept paypal then you can pay through paypal and the money will be transferred from you acct to the site you choose to pay. You should get ahold of paypal and have them send you a paypal credit card. You can use this card anyplace that visa is accepted, with the exception, if you spend 100.00 you may earn a 1% or 1.5% or even more rebate, I am not sure of the rates right now, but once you spend any money on your paypal visa card ( and you can never go over cause it is not a real credit card, it is more like a debit card) you will immediately earn that reward as cash back. Also when you leave your money in paypal you earn interest, not sure of the rate again as it has been awhile since I sold anything on ebay, however the interest rate on paypal is much better paying than any savings acct.
