Customarily, two weeks is the accepted minimum.

2 weeks is normal, but if you have a position as to where no one else knows your job as well and you would be the one to do the training,
One month is then appropriate,
Just keep in mind you never want to burn your bridges unless you never ever want to go back to that company… do what you can to help out prior to leaving
