Spiders don't have hemoglobin to carry oxygen like people and other animals, and that's what makes blood red. Spiders have hemocyanin to carry oxygen which are colorless proteins when not oxygenated, but are blue when they carry oxygen - therefore, spiders have blue blood, not colorless blood.
