In the state of Vermont is it legal to work someone 6 days a week 10 hours aday and have a 2hour commute to and from work? Please keep in mind the business transfered me.

As long as you are being paid overtime.

Time to relocate to the new location if you like the job and the hours, or to a new job if not.
If you accepted a transfer you knew the conditions. If the conditions have changed since the transfer you need to talk to the boss and make a decision what you want to do.
Leagally I don't think there's a problem.
