Yes, we're talking Feng Shui here, aren't we? I find that a fascinating subject and one of the reasons I sealed off a door, so as all the good Chi didn't run straight out of the other door! I'm not that happy that I live in a cul de sac.. not very Feng Shui at all :(

Well, (you) your bed, should face East if you can manage it!

Place a low nightstand or low table to the right of the bed. The tiger is low to the ground and represents our readiness to spring into action when threatened.

Place taller items such as shelves or tall dressers to the left of the bed. The dragon is high above the ground and symbolizes our wisdom and ability to reflect upon information.

Keep the area at the foot of your bed clear. The phoenix, which represents our vision and inspiration, needs space to fly out ahead in order to examine the land and gather information.

Place the head of the bed against a wall. The tortoise provides us with stability and security and ensures protection at our back.

Place the bed so that you have clear sight of the door. However, avoid placing the bed directly opposite or against the same wall as the door. The idea is that you should be able to clearly see who is entering, but without being in the path of incoming energy.

Try to avoid placing your bed right next to a window. The position of windows and doors governs the flow of energy throughout the room; therefore it is essential that you do not place yourself in its direct path.

Avoid placing a mirror directly opposite the door, the window or your bed. A mirror placed in the path of energy will bounce back the energy with more intensity.

Avoid placing the bed under beams in the ceiling. Beams will push down on the flow of energy, which creates a downward force that consequently puts pressure on your chest, head and body.

Avoid situating a light directly over the bed. Instead, place the light beside the bed.

Place it in the home of a rich, handsome, well adjusted man who loves you more than his heart can handle. You'll be happy, wealthy and loved for a lifetime.
