You are from Australia, but I'm pretty sure that the way classrooms are set up are fairly universal. Kindergarten is after nursery school, and they have standard toilets in the school, so it's possible that it's time to start the step up to the big potty.
Most to he preschools, or as you know them as nursery schools want the kids to be pretty well potty trained before they go. I have twin step grand daughters, they wanted to go to preschool at the age of 3 but they wouldn't accept them until they were 4 and completely toilet trained, although occassionally they would get so excited to play they would sometimes forget. kindergarten is after nursery school
Sorry dear, your question is confusing (The last sentence).
It sounds as though that you are child in disguise..Why would you have to use a BIG TOLIET? Are you telling us that you know how to asked questions and you're NOT POTTY trained.
Everyone know thats 'NURSERY' comes before KINDERGARTEN..Have you look at Askpedia's Level Experience catergory? You would have noticed when you join NURSERY is first...now look at your level experience ' KINDERGARTEN'
No offense dear, try reading your question before you post it.
If a kid isn't toilet trained by the time they get to kindergarten, their parents are lazy, good-for-nothing deadbeats!!! Are you wondering about your grandchild?
Kindergarten is after nursey school. In the US anyway. Most nursery schools won't accept your child unless they are potty trained. My daughter started nursery when she was 3 as soon as she was potty trained and started kindergarten age 5. They had a regular bathroom right in the classroom. I guess however situations probably differ.
