I was injuried on the job in may 2009. My lawyer talk me into going to mediation and settle the case.An in the settlement they said they would pay for 4 months of treatment. Which is $400.00 a month. I mail in my payment. Their insurance company write me back an want another $52.00. I ask the insurance co when will I have insurance. She say it started 11-01-2009. So I have lost 1 month and they tell me I had insurance.I have 3mths left so, I go to the hospital to sign up. The hospital tell me they don't take that insurance. So the insurance co want there next payment 12-01-2009 of $454.00.The insurance is no good at the hospital.So I call my lawyer, but she haven't return my call. I have a tear in my shoulder. So they didn't give me enough money to cover the cost of the insurance. Plus the insurance is no good. Anything I can do before my time run out. So I can get my shoulder fixed I live in the state of Georgia. I hope that company still have to pay for my surgery. Sign Jimmy
