It's hard to say without having an actual examination and x-rays. It could be a subluxated hip, a misaligned sacroiliac joint, a nerve impingement in the lower back, particularly the obturator nerve, and it could be something that mimicks all of this such as a kidney stone. You need to visit a doctor who can do a thorough exam to know exactly what it is.
