my saturn has a busted ignition switch, so i went and bought a used one at the junk yard. now, the car will turn over, then die. is this my passlock system causing it to not stay on? if so, how can i disable it?

Yes the passlock system is causing your vehicle not to continue to run. the passlock system is doing this because the vehicles computer does not reconizing it and thinks there is a secudity problem and the cars computer is disabling the fuel pump everytime you try to start it. There is no way to bypass this, the only thing you can do is have the dealer reprogram it for you
