You obviously are very, very young... that's the only explanation for asking how to turn into fairy tale creatures.

You can't turn into anything other than who and what you are. Fairies, genies, elves, gnomes, trolls, ogres, dragons, unicorns, mermaids and anything else you would find in Arabian Nights, Grimm's Fairy Tales or Anderson's Fairy Tales are fictional. They don't exist anywhere other than books or Disney movies.
