My knees are really stiff & I am very slow at squatting in order to pick something up. It feels like if my knee joints were made of metal all the mechanical moving parts really need a damn good oiling.

Does any user on here know any way to "Oil" as it were human knee joints.

I've seen ads on the telly and have read about Glucosamine and Chondroitin for stiff knees, but I've never used the stuff.

Have you by chance been diagnosed with Chondromalacia Patella or Osteoarthritis in your knees?
