I never have enough bananas when a recipe calling for bananas what else can I use ?

My Grandmother has the same problem. Try Papaya, Kiwis, Apricots. You might be surprised how well you like the taste.

depending on what your making apples, peaches, plums etc. take a bite of banana then the other fruit, see what you think.
