how can i tell if my bearded dragon is sick?

well 2 start my dragon is a little food pig.he will eat when ever and any thing. i went 2 feed him and he did not eat so i kept the food in there for at least a day . i took him out 2 let him run and he just came up in my lap and slept for an hour when he woke up he vomited on the floor. that is the first time i have seen my lizard do that. so i was wondering if i should be concerned and take my other bearded dragon out of the tank. Or if it was just because he ate to much

i have gotten vomiting and lethergy from you Q. have you seen anyting else
i didn't find anyting but there is something you might concider, that there is something about feeding him larger food than he can pass. it is called terminal ingestion. dragons sometimes will ingest larger particles than appropriate for there size.i don't want to alarm you unduly but vomiting is not good. look at this link and/or search bearded dragon for more info. you might
consider a vet..
