How do I erase a unwanted guest from the opening screen?

Everytime I boot up I get 4 choices to log on. I need to how to get rid of the website the is never used....any answer would be appricated. I also just started to have a password to get into MY screen..again any advice would be appricated. Thank you in advance,.
