Sorry if i was too late to help you during your exam, but this really isn't a difficult question if you think of your own lifestyle and what your family (and zillions of commercials on TV say). Eat good foods in moderation, stay active through exercise (like enjoying a sport-- tennis anyone), don't pollute your body with nicotein and drugs, and have regular checkups with your doctor, are the first ones that enter my mind. But being aware of your genetic history can help avoid the onset of disorders like diabetes and high blood pressure, and many other diseases/disorders. Hope this helps, even if it was a little late.
