Eating grapefruit at any time is fine and a healthy food, but in order to lose weight, you need to eat fewer calories each day than you take in. Develop a healthy eating plan with a variety of fruits and vegetables, beans, low or fat free dairy products, whole grains, etc. Avoid fatty meats, processed, packaged "foods", sugar, and anything made with white flour. Drink water instead of sugar loaded soft drinks and fruit juices.. Snack on air popped popcorn and try to avoid eating salty snacks. Get lots of physical activity doing the things you most enjoy, bike riding, dancing, swimming.. anything that interests you that you will went to stay involved in. Good luck with your weight loss!
