Tough to put in the words that they expect to hear after classroom or reading the text .
Like Duh... if you don't meet their needs, you will not have any communication!!

Bruce is right. What lengths can we go to without more detail?
In context that would purely depend on the person as to where to meet their needs.
Example; Do they have learning difficulties or hearing problems etc?
