here is a site to explain what i think you are getting at, it has to do with Rh factor. if you are the same it's not a problem.

Blood type makes no difference in whether people can have children. I know it's a common bit of legend, but it's not true.


The only possible problem is with the Rh factor. About 2% of couples have incompatible Rh factors and mother should have a shot of Rhogen which reduces her body's reaction with the child's blood.

Not true. Sometimes the blood in the baby has to be exchanged.

It's not true. Rh factor is important, not the blood group.
