When I feel I've lost control of a situation; when, in my role as a minister, I see people doing what I've warned them against.

Unnoticed stress such as OCD right up to a stroke underlines tensions which we often come to find too late.
A trigger is as complex as the person.

Speaking personally I know I'm stressed when my Amygdale (part of the brain) becomes hyperactive.
I don't feel stress, it goes unnoticed until the chemicals kick in. To that effect I guess I don't identify much until my body says it's time to shut down.
