You should be involved. It requires your statements as action
plans towards your goals within some organization. Areas you might
need to do a PDP for are education, career, relationship, and self-improvement. You fill out a plan sheet or change it. It helps
counselers, managers know their staff and employees.
Many personal development plans are abbreviated, IDPs and also
PEP's.
Personal developments plans (PDPs) are often a requirement for
employee CVs. Employees who are participating in business training
are often asked to complete a personal development plan.
