AP will suddenly not accept robinsandy to log in. They say it is an incorrect username or password.AP has not emailed back with an answer or any help on this one.Do you know why this would happen and any clues of how to go about it.They cannot open another profile to get in as AP will not accept it as the email and password are already being used by robinsandy.So what do you think has happened and any clues on how to sort the problem out??
