how do you get rid of carbuncles in the thumb?

have white carbuncles all over the bottom half of my right thumb,i pulled out atleast 15 of them from mthe tip of thumb but passed out from the severe pain and now i have atleast as manny on the bottom of my thumb what do i need to do?

carbuncles are generally caused by a bacterial infection. the only chance of healing is to a strong antibiotic and surgery concurrently. this is not a do it yourself kind of infection. Good luck and Good health.
