In the U.S. there will be a handbook that covers this that every employee is required to read. Most likely they are required to initial it.
Employees that handle septic material must be trained in the proper techniques as well as how to clean each surface.
All employees are expected to practice sanitary practices.
All healthcare professionals will have had training in this and it only remains to educate the others.
Then the stupid part of the law is that you post a notice that you are doing this. Infection control is serious business. One hates to see governments pass stupid laws that do not contribute to the effort.
