do I use my own state limitation numbers to file against creditor or the creditors state limitations numbers. I'm looking to clear out old credit card charges that have exceeded my state limitations, but don't know if I'm looking at the right figures. I will really make a difference if I have to use the creditors state figures. I haven't been able to find an answer as
yet, hope you guys can shed some light.

You have to use the statute for the state where you file because that is what the judge will use. Then the question becomes "who has jurisdiction".
