I would recommend calling the Small Business Administration for your state. THey have many volunteer advocates who have a wealth of business knowledge and they can match you to someone who has worked successfully in your industry. The Small Business Adminsitration also offers frequent courses on building your business, and can offer words of wisdom about the types of conflicts that arise in partnerships, to support you to resolve the issues in a way that is best for you and your situation. If you call and make an appointment, you can be seen usually within a week and they have many timely resources for small business owners on a wide variety of topics.
