Hi, some folks have had hiccups with it so go slowly and carefully. First you need a close-up pic because the "avatars", the pics you see, are very small.Once you have a clear pic you can open it with Office picture manager and select"edit pictures" at the top. A menu will appear on the side of your picture with different editing options.Under "change picture size" select "resize". Now click on the circle next to "predefined width x height". Click on the "v" on the right side to open the size options. Now select "large web" Now click on "OK". This is part 1. All pictures you want to load on the internet must first be resized like this if you want to avoid problems. You need not worry, it will be big enough. Now you must save the small version of the picture so click on "file" then "save as". Now you can give the pic a name. What I usually do is leave the name as it is but, I click after it and then type in a "S". then select the place to save it.(Desktop is easier to find for now) The S after the name shows me it is the small version and by saving"as", my original pic is still its original size.
Now you are ready to go to your AP profile. Click on "My Home" at the top, then go to your profile page. Now click on "edit profile". Now enter and re-enter your password. Now you can scroll down to where you see the picture space and then click on "browse". Find your pic now on the desktop then select it and click enter. Now go to the bottom of the profile page and click on submit changes/edit profile. (I am not sure now which it says) Once the next page opens do NOT page backwards. Click on anything other than backwards and then after that you can wait 5 minutes and then start looking for your pic by all your comments.
