I live at a senior community the management is rude and if you make a complaint there is repacusion so no one want to say anything statements like if you don't like something go to your apartment, this is my complex. also rules can be broke when it comes to management relatives it builds up so much drama and stress for a lot of the senior what can we do when most are afraid to speak up. we need help to resolve this management problem what would be a solution?
Find out who actually owns the senior community and contact them. This is detrimental for business. All you have to do is start a campaign of telling every senior you know NOT to buy into it and you know the old saying, one person tells three people....
If you tell the owners, that this isn't personal... it's just business, and it will be your business to inform anyone and everyone what a horrible place it is to live in because of the horrible management and employees, the owners will probably try to get to the bottom of it. If you actually have the option of selling and moving out, you can also use this as leverage. You can tell the owner that many of the residents are also considering moving out. Even if the owners don't care from a personal perspective, the owners are in the business of making money, and nobody will buy into this community if they hear it's not a good place to live. Money talks.
