Alan is right, the doctor needs to evaluate it, especially if you are asking strangers who have no way to evaluate the severity of the injury or the progress of the healing. If you are a smoker if will take longer to heal. Just so you know.

The doctor should have given you instructions to care for the suturing. He would have told you when they should come out. If the wound looks well healed, and the stitches are starting to come loose, see your doctor to have them removed. Considering that the stitches are on your face, you don't want to take a chance of them becoming infected or a scar forming.
