Off the top of my head, there are: equal pay, recruitment, and selection for redundancy for starters.
To expand on the last one, if you use criteria including an attendance record, a pregnant female will most likely have had absences no man could have.
On recruitment, you are not permitted to ask about plans for a family or childcare of female candidates, or make spurious criteria about height or weight that fewer women can meet.
