in general there is no time limit on a Warrant.

see link

The filing generates an arrest warrant, and arrest warrants are valid until server or recalled by the court that issued them. The time limit stops running when the warrant is issued.

Statute of Limitations: Obtaining an arrest warrant will "toll" (i.e., "stop") the running of the statute of limitations.

Warrants never expire. They exist until canceled by the judge.
