I own a house with a mortgage. I asked my nephew if he wanted to do some work on my property so i could sell the property. After 5 months I'm not happy with the work and lack of work that he's done so I've offered to pay him for the work he's done so far and he's become aggressive with threatening text messages. He refuses to leave my property, can I phone the police and get him removed?

Pay him for the work he has done firstup. Then ask him to leave and he probably will. As long as he gets paid for the work he has done then I don't think he would want to hang around there too long, under the circumstances.
