Why was my answer removed?

Ok, so someone posts this lame medical question on here and this is my ENTIRE reply:

And so you're asking a bunch of strangers without the title of MD this, why???

and I get this... "Your answer has been removed from this question due to Inappropriate Content."

What the hell is inappropriate about that??? OMG I've said (and meant) WAY meaner "inappropriate" things than that.

Can someone tell me what this crap is about. How does one go about having an answer removed? Does it go before an AP board to ensure political correctness? Who's the judge and jury of these things?

Whenever you have an answer flagged by another user, askpedia scans it for spam, profanity or an otherwise inappropriate response, and they are the ones who remove the answer. You can dispute this by contacting support@askpedia.com. If you don't think it was fair - fight for your rights!

That is ridiculous... I can't imagine why it was flagged, but argue your point. This wasn't right.

I think I know what happened. Earlier today, while looking at a comment to a question, I thought I was clicking on the hide comments/compliments link. I saw the red flagged thingy and realized that I had accidentally hit the inappropriate thingy. They are in the same area, and I see how easy it is to click on it. I wonder if someone did that to your answer and that's why it was removed. It's a plausible explanation.

LOL...I just had one of my answers removed and I must admit it was full of crap but I thought it was funny and it was asked under FUN. Maybe the person that asked the Q just didn't want to hear my answer.But my answer didn't swear or anything and I still think it's funny.So who knows,maybe some people get on the site in a bad mood and go on a flagging spree.

I had an answere removed too. There was this "boy" question, and the little girl was going on and on, about this boy did this, and this one did that, and he said, she said.
And i said "OMG you're making me dizzy" and she had it removed !!
the little b - - - h...... Go figure.

I completly concur. My answer to a question was pulled.. purely because I happened to disagree with the beliefs of the asker and all I said was 'I believe in Father Christmas' .. !!
