People walk around with lower than 100 systolic and are asymptomatic (light headed or dizzy). If pressure dips to the point of being symptomatic, non-functional or feeling in a daze, take it, and report it to your physician or Urgent Care Center for evaluation and txment.
Also remember with the rise of zombieism you may be one so do go and see adoctor to verify this since you will soon have an incressed love of Brains so no biting.

i don't recall when (and i mean years) when my bp was over 100/60 and i'm walking around, because i smoke my heart rate is about 100/ min. which i know is not good
