carolem111, well you didn't say how old you were, so if you are not 18 & yor dad has you, you must try to get along together. i'm sure he doesn't hate you, & maybe right things aren't great so you may think you hate him. but we only have one of each so love them & try to do your best with him. i know if you are young its hard to see he has the best for you. you also didn't say way you hate him so, but stand back & take a good look at life, its not easy out there,ok..i do hope you can think over some things and tyr to come to better with your dad. sometimes we as parents can seem mean, but always have are best out for our children,althuo you may not think so now, just try,ok....midnite4633

There are alot of reasons to hate but a mother or father is hard to take. If you could give some reasons. Then maybe an answer could result in something positive. There are some parents who think there kids are mean and some kids who think there parents are mean.No one can judge without any facts.You might be bitter and not like this answer but no one has the right to tell you what to say to your father.If you leave on your and think you made a mistake. You can't blame the person who told you what to say. You will have to think of something yourself. This way if it's a mistake you can only blame yourself and if its not then you have yourself to thank.
