You are most likely the father. The dates are never absolutely correct, just an estimation plus or minus a few days, which is the closest that can be calculated by the baby's size and development on ultrasound. You obviously had sex with her right at her most fertile point of ovulation. The egg is viable for a few days, so you got her at the target time. The dates sound about right based upon the ultrasound exam. Sex on the 7th fall right in the ovulation cycle.

Again, let me reiterate that ultrasound dates are not 100 percent accurate. The radiologist always allows a difference plus or minus a few days because there is no way to say definitely unless you actually know the precise day of conception. Based on everything, you are the father. If you have any doubts, do a DNA test when the baby is born and put your mind at rest.

YOU COULD STILL BE THE FATHER B/C IT DEPENDS ON HER OVULATION PERIOD.

You are probably the father - no doctor can pinpoint the exact moment of conception - ovulation takes place in a 4 - 5 days time frame.

Perhaps next time you'll cover it up, eh? Then you won't have to worry about kids who may/not be yours.
