Very rarely. I'm quite of a loner. I find it more enjoyable spending time alone than being in a crowd. There are rare instances though when sadness suddenly strikes me. During those moments, I still prefer to isolate myself & have a good cry for a few minutes. Afterwhich, I'll feel ok & good as new.
I live alone, but I'm rarely lonely! Sometimes I ache to see my dad just one more time and it brings me to tears. When my youngest child went off to university, I was a mess! I think I had empty nest syndrome for a whole year! I cried a lot! Now I have the time and opportunity to hop on a plane and visit my kids as often as I want - that helps a lot!
