Latey, i have been seeing a little boy and no one esle can see it and last night i was just on my laptop and i heard laughing it sounded like a boy but it was like "he he he he" and it was really repetive, and it got louder and louder it was like they was right next to me, i froze in shock then broke down in tears, i also get flash backs to all the bad thing which has happened in my life, i forget things easy (even forget what i just said) and i get into stresses for no reason then after i would forget what i did, i have started getting depressed and started self harming again but ive stoped drinking and smoking weed...i dont understand what these voices are?
Long after you stop taking drugs, you still suffer from side effects which come from brain damage. This is something you can get help for - understanding it is a big step forward! Flashbacks are so common, scary and debilitating! Memory lapses aren't unusual either. The voices are part of the damage the drugs did to your brain - this will pass in time, but you need talk therapy until that happens! You would be an ideal candidate to speak to young people about the adverse effects of drug use! Look into that! You'll be okay if you help others!
Are you sure you stopped the booze and dope? What you are experiencing sure sounds like substance induced hallucinations. You need to get some professional help to help you sort through your issues and substance use. The substance use is only a symptom of something a lot more deeply seated. If you are ready to get to the bottom of this, find a professional as soon as possible. I hope you get better.
Your symptoms can very well eminate from chemical imbalances in your brain. Did you have short term memory loss most of your life, even before using drugs and alcohol? And were there other periods of depression and confusion in your youth? The flashbacks to the bad things, depression hallucinations are all serious symptoms. If you are on medications for depression, they may just need some dosage changes. You need to talk with your doctoer and get some tests run on your brain and its chemisty. It is apparent that you want help, so ask for it. Don't let the symtoms get any worse. Good luck and good health.
