My husband was let go from his job a month ago, after being harrassed continiously throughout his employment there and then he had to take a random drug test that he passed and then was asked to take another one. He felt that this was not fair and again that he was being harrassed, they had words and my husband quit. He has been told from fellow employees that his boss has disclosed this to the employees and on to the customers. Is there anything that we can do in this matter?

This is a violation of confidientiality, and is allegal in most states. I would suggest that you contact the umeployment office, a lawyer, and even the Better Business Buero.. As a former HR Manager, I know that telling other employee's the termination reason for anyone else is a no no.. Call a lawyer, and get umeployment comp.. You might have to fight the employer once, but with explaination he should win.
