I just got a insigna picture frame.. i do not know how to download the pictures to the stick.. I put the stick in the computer and nothing happens to tell me what to do
I answered a question similar to this earlier today but I'll try again. Put your mem stick into your computer. Open up your file tree and go down the list until you see the name of your file. It will be treated the same as any other drive on your computer. Files can be dragged or dropped from your file tree just as you would any other file. In some cases, a memory stick uses a proprietary file system and wants you to use a file system built into the stick. You will generally see that option in the lower right side of your screen in the task bar. Even then you can still access the disk from your file tree. In windows your file tree may be referred to as computer or explorer or something similar. I always drag a copy of my file tree to the task bar so it is readily available. Now, I am not familiar with your picture frame program but presume the pictures are on the memory disk. If that is the case then you have to access the pictures using a picture software. That might be included with your picture software but if not there is generally a software on your computer that can do it. Just click on any picture in your memory stick and the software will bring it up. If you are not happy with your software you can go to google and download their free picture program. It is a great product. Here is the link.
