On my keyboard some keys have 3 options for example the number 4 also has options for the dollar sign & euro sign, I can get the dollar sign by holding down the caps key , how do I get the euro sign? Please everyone.
On the Mac you can get it with contl + alt or Shift + Contl + ALT. That is one reason I love macs. But mine died, so I'm using windows. On windows you have to use those numbers to get high ASCII chars. To find the number Start->accessories->char map->font you want and you might have to expand the field. Then the easiest is to copy and paste. Or you can write a macro in excel or word like I did to get Spanish letters that are not English.
If this is confusing and it is, I am sorry. The first time I learned this I said words I rarely ever use and a nice girl like you probably wouldn't know what they mean.

Swap operating systems to Linux.. They make it easy. Just point and click to rearrange your keyboard layout.
Also Linux is 10X's more secure than windows, nearly virus proof and comes with tons of free software at no cost to the user.
In other words, dump winblows.. it's trashware.
