when a baby is born it is pushed out of the mothers body.describe what happens in the wall of the utrus to push the baby out?

The uterus is like a giant muscle. It undergoes very strong contractions which help to slowly push the baby out.

Think of a tube of toothpaste. When you start to roll the tube up from the end, you are pushing the contents out of the tube. That's what the contractions in the uterus accomplish.
