Whats the quickest way to lose bun and belly fat...Please don't just say go on a diet and it will come soon enough...
I need like super details...like step by step process..Thx

If you stay away from Flour, Sugar, and potatoes you will lose weight. I am on this diet and it is working for me. I know its hard but if your serious.......do it! You will also need to walk at least 30 minutes a day. Good Luck.

No diets are necessary, so relax. I had the same problem. Try doing sit ups for twenty minutes each day, morning preferably. Drink lots of water. You could also consult a local gym or go on Google to find answers!
