So, I am 15. Weigh about 210. How do i lose lots of weight? Diets have not work. Maybe im doing something wrong

Rain , the best diet in the world is to eat the right foods in Small Amounts throughout the day and do not exceed the calories that you burn in a day (or eat a few humdred less calories to lose weight) This means that you have to investigate what the right foods are for you. Deprivation diets (I call them the Don't diets) restrict all the foods that we call comfort foods, mom's homemade pie, a dish of icecream, a cup of hot chocholate, etc. None of these foods are bad for us. They just shouldn't be eaten often. It's just that we chubbies tend to like a "little more comforting" than those skinnies! So, we have a great deal of trouble just eating a bite or two and leaving the rest on the plate. Our other problem is that we spend way to much time thinking about food, whether we are on a special diet or not!
So I decided to get busy. I donated time (away from the refrigerator) to other people and projects that I enjoyed, and it worked! The main thing is that you have to enjoy what ever it is that keeps you out of the kitchen. Sometimes I got so full of good feelings that I wasn't even hungry when I needed to eat something, so I would grab an apple and get out of the kitchen again. I went from a size 22+ to a 14 and felt better at 38Y/O then I did when I was 20. It inspired me so much that I joined a spa and got into a 12 for the first time in my adult life. It took eight months, and I was still a "Big Girl" but I was lookin' gooooooood, as my friends all told me. Now it's my lifestyle to leave food on the plate and to only eat a bite or two of a Good dessert. I still love food, and eat just about anything, but now I can stop before I explode! I am not going to say it was easy, but it got easier as I developed more interests away from the kitchen and food. Try it, I hope it works for you.

well one of the simple ways to lose wieght is to diet but you must make sure your doing it the right way.this is a true story i was watching a show and they have a recipe for fried chicken in a healthier way here it is maybe you can use it
what you need:
bread crumbs
chicken
eggs
flour
okay what you do is you take the chicken and you flip it in the eggs then you dip it in the flour and then back in the eggs and then put it in the bread crumbs .after this you put it in the oven for at least 20 min then you have chicken crispy like the fatty fried chicken it is flavorable.alsso you can do excersise .excersise at least 15-20 minutes a day.if you lower your food pourtion you can lose weight so try i am a little over weight to and i try and it is working even if it is hard you will get into to the routine.also my dog has ran away his name is p-nut he belongs to me in clifton nj the number is 201-956-5787!!!!!!!!!!! if you see him call me please i miss him so much i love him to death.

I know your kind of young so not sure how you would get your hands on it but for me it was Phentramin D. I have lost so much weight and have gained so much energy its by far the best thing I have ever tried. I love it.
